• Custom Clearance: The Clearance process in Miami is beyond our control. In case of damage to the
  appearance of product/package, claims cannot be initiated. In case of loss or damage, claims/liability are
  subject to our terms and conditions below.
• Inspection Issue at Custom: If pest/diseases are found in one package, all of that plant species will be on
  hold for further action. There are few options to consider, but all decisions depend on Inspector. Usually, the
  options are to re-export the plant back to Thailand, destruction, or fumigation. If the issue were found from
  your box then you are responsible 65-70% of the fees and the rest share the fee. This is to encourage
  everyone to take seriously on cleaning plant/plant treatment and to be fair with everyone who decide to ship.
• Missing information or corrections for wrong address information will be charge a $35 fee per box/address.
• Please be advised that the prices quoted for our air cargo shipping services and information are subject
  to change without notice. We strive to provide you with accurate and up-to-date pricing information, but
  due to the dynamic nature of the industry, it may be necessary to adjust our rates to reflect any changes in
  costs that may arise.

1. Shipping Responsibility: We respectfully request permission to not take responsibility for any
   damages arising from the transport of plants, whether within or outside the country, due to the fragile
   nature of plants and the challenges in controlling damage during transportation.
2. Cooperation: While we strive to provide the best service, we request cooperation from customers in
   all aspects, including providing correct information such as address and packing list. Reporting any
   issues or problems with the plants upon export & receipt, so that we can assist and resolve them to the
   best of our ability.
3. Plant Protection: We consider the plant as our priority and will make every effort to ensure its safe
   transportation. However, due to the delicate nature of plants, damages may occur during shipping, and
   we request understanding and cooperation in such cases.
4. Product Packaging: We will take necessary precautions in packaging the plants for transport.
   However, damages arising from the packaging, both internal and external, will not be considered our
   responsibility.
5. Limitation of Liability: We shall not be held liable for any damages or losses, including but not
   limited to damages to the plants, during shipping, and customers are encouraged to purchase shipping
   insurance or opt for other forms of protection if desired.
6. No Warranty: We do not provide any warranty for the plants during shipping, and customers
   acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping fragile commodities like plants. However,
   UPS provide insurance when purchasing labels, you can look more detail on insurance claim and if
   plant can be insured through www.ups.com.
7. Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages,
   losses, or liabilities arising from the shipping of plants, including but not limited to claims from third
   parties.
8. Modification of Terms: These terms and conditions may be modified or updated at any time by us
   without prior notice, and customers are advised to review them periodically.

By proceeding with the shipment of plants with us, customers acknowledge and accept these terms and
conditions, and agree to cooperate and communicate with us in case of any issues or problems during
shipping.
