3. Plant Protection: We consider the plant as our priority and will make every effort to ensure its safe
   transportation. However, due to the delicate nature of plants, damages may occur during shipping, and
   we request understanding and cooperation in such cases.
4. Product Packaging: We will take necessary precautions in packaging the plants for transport.
   However, damages arising from the packaging, both internal and external, will not be considered our
   responsibility.
5. Limitation of Liability: We shall not be held liable for any damages or losses, including but not
   limited to damages to the plants, during shipping, and customers are encouraged to purchase shipping
   insurance or opt for other forms of protection if desired.
6. No Warranty: We do not provide any warranty for the plants during shipping, and customers
   acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping fragile commodities like plants. However,

7. Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages,
   losses, or liabilities arising from the shipping of plants, including but not limited to claims from third
   parties.
